The genetic transformation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing conidiospore suspension of the fusarium oxysporum sesame specialized strain; and (2) performing the transforming-deoxyribonucleic acid (T-DNA) conversion of the fusarium oxysporum sesame specialized strain. According to the genetic transformation method, the fusarium oxysporum sesame specialized pathogenic bacteria are used as transformant, and an exogenous T-DNA sequence is guided into a genome of the fusarium oxysporum sesame specialized strain by combining an appropriate genetic transformation receptor system in an agrobacterium tumefacien-mediated method to obtain the fusarium oxysporum sesame specialized transgenic strain for the first time.
