Because distance between checkposts are various and the speed limits are different, time for driving a distance between each two checkposts is different from others; therefore, the shortest time for passing through the two checkposts can be determined by calculating a time threshold between the two checkposts; and the determination result is more reasonable than an arranged unified global time threshold.
