Abstract

Relating to methods of organic silicone resin modification, the invention provides a method for eliminating bubbles in an organic silicone resin cast body. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that bubbles in an organic silicone resin cast body are unable to be eliminated completely by present methods. The method of the invention comprises the steps of: 1. adding long-chain fatty amine into an organic silicone resin solution; 2. conducting heating stirring and ultrasonic dispersion simultaneously; placing the solution in the air for drying; 4, coating a mould with a mould release agent, disposing the mould in the air, and pouring the organic silicone resin treated in step 3 into the mould, then putting the mould into a drying oven for curing, thus realizing elimination of bubbles in an organic silicone resin cast body. Characterized by simple defoaming method and low cost, the method provided in the invention is suitable for preparing organic silicone resin cast bodies without bubbles. Compared with organic silicone resin cast bodies not treated by the method of the invention, the organic silicone resin treated by the method provided in the invention has a smooth surface, the cast body contains no bubble and the performance is obviously improved.
