Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical signal modulation device in line shape detection of a railway girder of a light railway, which is a mechanical signal modulation device which is used for converting geometrical unevenness in space distribution of the railway girder into a time domain signal by adopting a remote elevation measurement method. The mechanical signal modulation device is provided with a travelling wheel which is supported by a rocker and the rocker is supported on a bearing pedestal through a shaft; the other end of the rocker is in higher pair connection with one end of a plate spring; the other end of the plate spring is connected to the bearing pedestal through an adjusting block; and one end of the shaft which is supported on the bearing pedestal and rigidly connected with the rocker is provided with a friction damper, and the other end of the shaft is rigidly connected with an angle encoder. According to the invention, by arranging the friction damper and adopting the plate spring structure, the response speed of the mechanical signal modulation device is reasonable, and the dynamic characteristic of the mechanical signal modulation device can be adjusted; in addition, the mechanical signal modulation device has the advantages of stable dynamic characteristic property and simple structure and is very suitable for a detection system for detecting the railway line shape of the light railway by adopting the remote elevation measurement method.
