The phosphating agent comprises a tank building agent and a supplementing agent, wherein the tank building agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 13 to 15 percent of phosphoric acid at the concentration of 85 percent, 11 to 14 percent of nitric acid, 10 to 13 percent of zinc oxide, 0.3 to 0.6 percent of nickel nitrate, and the balance of water; and the supplementing agent comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 26 to 32 percent of phosphoric acid at the concentration of 85 percent, 6.5 to 9.5 percent of nitric acid, 10 to 13 percent of zinc oxide, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of nickel nitrate, and the balance of water.
