In the invention, direct-current wave-chopping type adjustment for a direct-current working voltage applied to a magnetic-device coil is carried out through a pulse-width modulation-controlling mode, so that low-frequency electromagnetic noise is eliminated, the mute operation of an elevator brake is realized, the use requirements of a machine-room-less tractor brake are met, meanwhile, various potential safety hazards produced by using a controlled-silicon voltage-regulating circuit are also eliminated, an exciting voltage and a maintaining voltage on the magnetic-device coil are kept unchanged when an electric-network voltage is changed, and the elevator-brake mute-operation control circuit is stable and reliable in working.
