The adsorbent is turf, active carbon and vermiculite or is a mixture thereof, and the turf is crushed to 60-80mesh with a water content of 10-20%. In the efficient azotobacter fertilizer, per 400-600g of the adsorbent is added with 100ml of the bacterial suspension. The azotobacter fertilizer can increase soil fertility, flue-cured tobacco output and a proportion of superior tobacco; and the tobacco leaf has good component compatibility and decreased miscellaneous gas and irritant. According to the azotobacter fertilizer, an application amount of nitrogenous fertilizer can be reduced by 10-20% to lower costs; therefore, the efficient azotobacter fertilizer has good social and economic values.
