Abstract

As a research tool, the model duplicates the processes of such diseases as acute lung injury, chronic immune injury, pulmonary fibrosis and the like, is mainly used in the field of lung transplantation and can be used in certain fields in the subjects such as immunology, pathophysiology and the like. The construction method of the model comprises the following steps: preparing cuffs; building a donor lung perfusion system; narcotizing a mice and carrying out endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; performing an operation on a donor to obtain a donor lung; putting the cuffs in the donor lung; and performing an operation on a receptor and carrying out orthotopic transplantation on the left lung in the chest of the receptor.
