The method comprises the following steps that: 1) the mobile phone shoots financial instruments and transmits the financial instruments to a server through global positioning system (GPS) geographic information acquired by the mobile phone; 2) the server identifies the financial instrument information through an OCR and judges the repeatability of the shoot financial instrument information, and feeds back the information to the mobile phone if the information is repeated; 3) the server queries business information of the geographic location according to the GPS geographic information; and 4) the server feeds the shoot financial instrument information identified by the OCR and the business information of the step 3) back the mobile phone for confirmation; the server records and saves the shoot financial instrument information and the business information if the confirmation passes; otherwise, returning the step 1).
