The method specifically comprises the steps of: building a dam core wall rolling quality evaluation system for the related factors of influence in the dam core wall rolling construction quality evaluation process according to the definitions of a vehicle index, a field index and a process index, and developing a corresponding dam core wall rolling quality evaluation system by adopting a three-layer architecture formed by a data layer, a business layer and a presentation layer, on the basis of a VisualStudio2008 developing platform; and acquiring unqualified rolling information of a rolling vehicle during construction by using the vehicle index accurately. All the parameters of the field index are designed according to the elevation information of a GPS point, and the process index is the recording and inspection of times of rolling so as to prevent over-rolling and failed rolling during construction.
