Embodiment 1

[0028] The invention discloses a method for producing feed by fermenting ammoniated straw. The straw is pulverized, subjected to ammoniation treatment, and then dried for use. Cultivate No. 1 mixed fermentation broth, and uniformly mix the fermentation material, mixed fermentation broth and water in parts by weight of 70, 5, and 25, wherein 0.03 parts of composite trace elements and 0.07 parts of phosphoric acid are dissolved in water. Put the mixed fermented materials in a well-ventilated place for fermentation, turn over once a day, and ferment for 2 days. Prepare No. 2 mixed fermentation broth, add evenly to the fermentation material according to 6% of the weight of the fermentation material, turn over the pile once a day, and ferment for 4 days. During the fermentation, water is constantly added to maintain the initial fermentation humidity. After the fermentation process is finished, the fermented material is dried and sealed for preservation, and the ammoniated straw an...

[0030] The invention discloses a method for producing feed by fermenting ammoniated straw. The straw is pulverized, subjected to ammoniation treatment, and then dried for use. Cultivate No. 1 mixed fermentation broth, and uniformly mix the fermentation materials, mixed fermentation broth and water in parts by weight of 65, 5, and 30, wherein 0.02 parts of composite trace elements and 0.06 parts of phosphoric acid are dissolved in water. Put the mixed fermented materials in a well-ventilated place for fermentation, turn over the pile once a day, and ferment for 3 days. Prepare No. 2 mixed fermentation bacteria liquid, add evenly to the fermentation material by 5% of the weight of the fermentation material, turn over the pile once a day, and ferment for 5 days. During the fermentation, water is constantly added to maintain the initial fermentation humidity. After the fermentation process is finished, the fermented material is dried and sealed for storage, and the ammoniated str...

Embodiment 3

[0032] The invention discloses a method for producing feed by fermenting ammoniated straw. The straw is pulverized, subjected to ammoniation treatment, and then dried for use. Cultivate No. 1 mixed fermentation bacteria liquid, and uniformly mix the fermentation materials, mixed fermentation bacteria liquid and water in parts by weight of 60, 5, and 35 parts, wherein 0.01 part of composite trace elements and 0.05 parts of phosphoric acid are dissolved in water. Put the mixed fermented materials in a well-ventilated place for fermentation, turn over the pile once a day, and ferment for 3 days. Prepare No. 2 mixed fermentation broth, add evenly to the fermentation material according to 6% of the weight of the fermentation material, turn over the pile once a day, and ferment for 4 days. During the fermentation, water is constantly added to maintain the initial fermentation humidity. After the fermentation process is finished, the fermented materials are dried and sealed for stor...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing feed by fermenting and ammoniating straws, which relates to the field of environmental science. The method comprises the steps of: (1) after pulverizing the straws, carrying out ammoniation processing and drying for later use; (2) preparing mixed fermenting bacterium liquid No.1, uniformly mixing the mixed fermenting bacterium liquid No.1 with materials, adding a composite trace element and a phosphoric acid solution and fermenting for two to three days; (3) preparing mixed fermenting bacterium liquid No.2, uniformly mixing with the fermented materials and fermenting for three to five days; and (4) drying hydrous fermented materials to obtain straw vinasse mixed feed. In the method, the ammoniated straws are adopted, and the mixed fermenting bacterium No.1, namely efficient cellulose degrading bacteria, is added, so that the cellulose degrading rate can be improved; the mixed fermenting bacterium No.2 can improve the nutrition content of the feed; and the fermented mixed feed has the crude protein content of 14-19 percent, contains various amino acids, and has certain acid flavor and improved palatability. The fermenting process is simple in operation, and the fermenting time is 5-8 days.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of environmental science, in particular to a method for producing feed by fermenting ammoniated straw, which is suitable for various livestock, especially ruminants. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people's dietary structure is also gradually changing, and the proportion of meat, eggs and milk is constantly increasing. According to the statistics of relevant departments, the total output of my country's meat and eggs has ranked first in the world at present, and the per capita share has reached the world average level. For animal husbandry, the cost of feed accounts for more than 70% of the total cost, of which grain feed accounts for more than 90% of conventional feed. Therefore, with the continuous increase of people's demand for animal products, the feed gap will continue to increase, and the global price o...
