Embodiment 1

[0018] Get 80 parts of bamboo shoot shells (the weight percentage moisture content of bamboo shoot shells is about 78%), 10 parts of bran, 10 rapeseed cakes, 0.5 part of microbial agent (45 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 35 parts of cellulolytic bacteria, 20 parts of yeast Composition (both parts by weight)), bamboo shoot shells are crushed with a pulverizer, the fineness is no more than 2cm, mixed uniformly, placed in a fermentation tank to seal the silage, after 30 days of fermentation, naturally air-dried to about 10% moisture content, crushed, and packaged as Finished bamboo shoot shell feed.

Embodiment 2

[0020] Get 90 parts of bamboo shoot shells (the weight percent water content of bamboo shoot shells is about 75%), 5 parts of bran, 5 rapeseeds, 1 part of microbial agent (35 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 40 parts of cellulolytic bacteria, 25 parts of yeast bacteria) (both parts by weight), mixed evenly, placed in a fermentation tank to seal the silage, after 40 days of fermentation, naturally air-dried to about 10% moisture content, pulverized, extruded and granulated to become the finished product of bamboo shoot shell feed.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a bamboo shell feed by using waste bamboo shells. The method comprises the following steps: putting 70-90 parts of bamboo shells (moisture content: about 80%), 5-10 parts of wheat bran, 5-10 parts of rapeseed cakes, 0.5-1 part of microbial fungicides (consisting of 40-50 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 30-40 parts of decomposing bacteria, and 10-20 parts of yeasts) into a closed container; carrying out ensiling on the materials in the closed container 30 to 50 days; and drying and smashing the obtained product so as to obtain the bamboo shell feedproduct. The method disclosed by the invention is reliable in process route and easy to operate; and on the basis of keeping the original nutrient components of bamboo shells, the palatability of thebamboo shell feed is improved, and a new channel is provided for the utilization of abandoned bamboo shell sources, thereby realizing the sustainable healthy development of the bamboo-shoot processing industry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of deep processing of agricultural and sideline product waste, and relates to a method for preparing bamboo shoot shell feed from waste bamboo shoot shells. Background technique [0002] my country is a big bamboo country, and the annual output of fresh bamboo shoots in the country reaches more than 2 million tons. Such a large amount of raw materials of fresh bamboo shoots cannot be completely digested by fresh food, so the processing and trade of bamboo shoots has developed rapidly. At present, about 60% of fresh bamboo shoots are used as raw materials for processing in my country, but a large number of discarded bamboo shoot shells are also produced during the processing. Studies have shown that bamboo shoot shells contain 9.0% crude protein, 1.7% amino acid, 1.56% crude fat, 26.3% crude fiber, 19.7% total sugar, 8.72% ash, 0.2% phosphorus, 3.0% potassium, and 0.16% calcium. Feeding value and practicality. Howev...
