Problems solved by technology

[0004] To cool down the air environment in the mine, the use of conventional refrigeration units or air-conditioning equipment faces several major problems: First, the bottom of the well is far away from the surface. Both require considerable transmission power and a complex transmission system, and the manufacture and operation of the system will cost a lot of money; second, the mining location is constantly changing, and the installation and transfer of the air conditioning and refrigeration system will cost a lot of money; third, the air in the well is humid, if To cool down the air in the well, there will naturally be a lot of water vapor condensed into water and put a lot of latent heat back into the air, which greatly reduces the effect of cooling the air

Embodiment Construction

[0012] combined with figure 1 , using ice as a refrigerant, the structure, working principle and effect of cooling suits for hot mines are further explained as follows:

[0013] Put the ice of 0 ℃ (or below 0 ℃) in the intercooler interlayer 2, because it is lower than the temperature of the human body, the heat that the human body emits when working will pass to it through the air inner layer 3. Ice absorbs heat from the human body and begins to melt (ice that is below 0°C, the temperature first rises to 0°C and then melts), the temperature remains unchanged during melting, and as the heat absorption time continues, all the ice melts into water at 0°C. The heat of the melting process is latent heat, which accounts for the main part of the heat absorption. Water has a large specific heat and can continue to act as a refrigerant to absorb sensible heat. After the water absorbs heat, the temperature rises until it reaches about 26°C. When 1 kg of ice at 0°C is completely melt...

Abstract

The invention relates to cooling clothes for hot mine, which structurally comprises three layers, including an outer layer made of a light heat-insulation solid material, a refrigerant intermediate layer made of solid substances easy to thaw and an inner layer, wherein compressed air serves as the inner layer. Refrigerant in the intermediate layer is low in temperature and can absorb the heat dissipated by a human body, wherein the heat is mainly converted into heat for thawing the refrigerant and partial sensible heat. The inner layer of the compressed air can be regulated in thickness through charging or releasing air so as to adapt to the comfortableness of a human body. The outer layer is a heat-insulation layer and used for insulating heat transferred from outside hot environment. Compared with a conventional air-conditioning system, the cooling clothes provided by the invention has reduced cooling load, does not need complex pipeline equipment and a fluid conveying system, and is free from complex mounting and dismounting operations. The cooling clothes are mainly used for heat-stroke prevention and cooling for miners in deep mines and can be also used for landscaping and grounds-keeping worker under extremely hot sun exposure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cooling suit worn in extremely hot mines, in particular, it can effectively absorb heat dissipation from the human body and block the heat transfer from the hot environment in the mine to the human body, so as to realize heatstroke prevention and cooling with high efficiency and energy saving. It can also be used as a cooling suit for sanitation workers in summer. Background technique [0002] The mines represented by coal mines have an underground depth of more than 800 meters. The air temperature in the well can reach over 40°C, and it is quite humid, with a relative humidity of over 90%. Mine workers not only have low work efficiency, but also threaten their health and life safety. Take coal mines as an example, because coal is the most important energy resource in our country. With the rapid economic growth, the country's demand for coal is increasing year by year. Heatstroke prevention and cooling of coal mining worke...
