Abstract

The invention relates to poly(p-dibenzoate) type polymer with controllable photodegradation rate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is as follows: poly(p-dibenzoate) type polymer masterbatch and nanometer titanium dioxide are molten and mixed with nitrogen or nanometer titanium dioxide, and the composite catalyst of nitrogen and iron or manganese or silver in a weight ratio of 95-98:2-5 to obtain the poly(p-dibenzoate) type polymer with controllable photodegradation rate. After photocatalyst is added, the machinability and operational performance of the product can not be affected and no additional environmental load of the polymer is generated. The problems of nondegradation and degradation rate of the poly(p-dibenzoate) type polymer in the natural state can be solved. As the poly(p-dibenzoate) type polymer is cheap, has large market dosage and has nondegradation owning to the stability, high environmental load is caused.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a polyterephthalate polymer and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a photodegradation rate-controllable polyterephthalate polymer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Due to its excellent properties, plastics have been widely used, but the environmental pressure brought about by its stability continues to increase, and the problems caused by the post-processing of plastics are particularly difficult. Although methods such as landfilling, burning and recycling can be adopted, the research results have proved that these methods have disadvantages to varying degrees. Polyterephthalate polymers have been widely used in the packaging field due to their excellent properties, but the environmental load caused by the non-degradability of polyterephthalate polymers is also obvious. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to solve the above existing problems in t...
