The padding comprises a backing material and a mixture, wherein each 100 parts of mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0.6-1.0 part of iron (FeSO4.H2O), 0.3-0.6 part of copper (CuSO4.5H2O), 0.2-0.4 part of manganese (MnSO4.H2O), 0.5-0.7 part of zinc (ZnSO4.H2O), 0.05-0.10 part of selenium (Na2SeO3.H2O), 0.05-0.10 part of 1 percent iodine (KI), 7-10 parts of calcium hydrophosphate (CaHPO4), 13-17 parts of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), 5-10 parts of corn meal, 40-60 parts of defatted rice bran (or wheat bran) and 0.2-0.4 part of active 99 fermenting agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the padding.
