Problems solved by technology

But the disadvantage is that the cost is very high, and it cannot be widely used in daily life. It can only be used in special occasions with high requirements such as weather resistance testers, high and low temperature impact test boxes, and refrigerators and freezers.
The front windshield of the aircraft generally uses electric heating gold film to defog and anti-icing, which is expensive

[0022] Case number one:

[0023] The preparation of graphene: using the improved Hummer method in 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, cooling at low temperature, adding a certain amount of natural flake graphite, NaNO 3 and KMnO 4 , the temperature of the reaction solution is controlled at 0-10°C, and the high-temperature reaction is carried out after stirring for 5 hours. The temperature of the reaction solution does not exceed 100°C, and the stirring is continued for 30 minutes. 2 o 2 , filtered while hot, and the filtered product was fully washed with deionized water until there was no SO in the filtrate. 4 2- , and then dried, ground and sieved, and rapidly heat-treated at 1200°C to obtain single-layer or several-layer graphene flakes. The prepared single graphene has an area of 100 square nanometers to 10 square micrometers, a thickness of 0.3-3nm, and a specific surface area ...

Abstract

A transparent anti-fog film based on one or serveral graphene layers belongs to the technical field of surface treatment. The anti-fog film is used in the fields of surface anti-fogging and self-cleaning of the transparent material. The preparation method of the anti-fog film uses one or serveral layers of graphene as functional material and comprises the following steps: dispersing graphene in water or inorganic solvent evenly through stirring, supersonic treatment and other methods, wherein the concentration of the solution is 0.001-1mg / ml; evenly coating the solution with graphene on the surface of a material through hand painting, soaking, spin coating, spraying or other conduction methods; drying naturally or heating to form a continuous graphene conductive network; and preparing electrodes, and then fast heating under an applied voltage to obtain the anti-fog film. Microscopic analysis shows that one or serveral layers of graphene can be evenly dispersed on the surface of the material; compared with the other materials, the conductive network can be formed by using a small amount of graphene; after several coatings, the thickness of the anti-fog film is controlled to no more than 10nm; the light transmittance is more than 90%; and the anti-fog film is combined with the base well and can realize good anti-fogging effect under a lower voltage which is 1-30V.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a material and method for preparing an anti-fog film, which belongs to the technical field of surface treatment, and its application field includes anti-fog and cleaning of material surfaces. Background technique [0002] Whether it is ordinary glass, tempered glass or plexiglass and other window materials, when the temperature difference between the two sides is large, water mist or frost will form on one side of the glass due to condensation of water vapor. For drivers, when the car is parked overnight in the open air in the morning of autumn or winter, water mist and frost often appear on the inner surface of the front-view glass of the car, which becomes blurred with rubbing, seriously affecting the mood and sight of the driver. This is because the temperature inside the car is higher than the temperature outside the car and the temperature of the glass, so that the moisture in the air liquefies on the inner surface of the ...
