The directly buried maintenance-free sleeve compensator comprises an inner pipe, a sleeve, a shell, heat insulating materials, a gland, a screw bolt assembly, a filler and an outer pipe; the inner pipe is provided with an outer circular boss; a left end face of the boss is coaxially and fixedly connected with the sleeve; the outer pipe is provided with an inner circular boss; the gland is sleeved on the inner pipe to be in clearance fit with a large hole of the outer pipe; the filler is fully filled between the gland and the inner circular boss of the outer pipe; and the gland is connected with a flange of the outer pipe through the screw bolt assembly to form a sealed adjustment structure. The flange of the outer pipe is fixedly connected with a right end of the sleeved shell; and the inner wall of a left end of the shell is in clearance fit with the outer circular boss of the inner pipe and the outer wallof the sleeve respectively. The heat insulating materials are arranged in cavities on two sides of the outer circular boss of the inner pipe respectively to form a built-in insulation structure. In addition, wear layers are arranged on the middle section of the inner wall of the shell which is easy to wear and on the outer wall of the right section of the inner pipe respectively. The built-in insulation structure and the sealed adjustment structure cannot be polluted by external environment during operation; and the capacity of keeping leak tightness is high. The two structures can be used asthe directly buried maintenance-free sleeve compensator with various specifications.
