Abstract

The novel silane coupling agent comprises 45-65 percent of retinoid metal salts containing aromatic groups, 4-5 percent of white carbon black and 30-60 percent of silane coupling agent and can be prepared by mixing the retinoid metal salts containing aromatic groups with the white carbon black under the normal temperature condition, stirring for 5-15min at the rotation speed of 1000-1200rpm, uniformly adding the silane coupling agent and continuously stirring for 5-15min at the rotation speed of 1000-1200rpm. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively solve the transportation and the weighing of the silane coupling agent and is suitable for shallow and cored products. In addition, the novel silane coupling agent disclosed by the invention has the functions of reducing the consumption and resisting the curing reversion. The cost of users can be greatly saved.
