Problems solved by technology

[0006] When a car is driving in the city, it is often necessary to turn off the engine and wait when encountering traffic jams or traffic lights with long intervals. For example, when the refrigeration and air conditioner is running and stops, heat transfer can still occur between the engine and the heater core. When the car is started again, the heater The temperature of the air core is too high. After the evaporator blows out the normal temperature gas and passes through the warm air core, the temperature of the gas blown out to the compartment will be high, resulting in the instability of the outlet air temperature.
[0007] Because the possibility of parking in the city is relatively high, the temperature of the warm air core is often unstable, so that when the car is restarted, the temperature of the air outlet is hotter or colder.

Abstract

The invention discloses a heat-recovery vehicle air conditioner. The heat-recovery vehicle air conditioner comprises a circulation loop and a hot air core, wherein the circulation loop is formed by a compressor, a two-position four-way valve, a condenser, a throttling element and heat exchange equipment; the hot air core forms a fluid loop with a motor mechanism of a vehicle; the fluid loop formed by the hot air core and the motor comprises a fluid pump; and stop valves are arranged on both an inflow side and an outflow side of the hot air core. By using the heat-recovery vehicle air conditioner, when the vehicle stops transitorily, the hot air core is disconnected from the motor by closing the stop valves on the two sides of the hot air core so as to prevent the heat of the motor from entering the hot air core, and simultaneously prevent the cold energy of the hot air core from entering the motor. In addition, the hot air core is connected with an energy accumulator; when the air conditioner operates, excessive heat or cold energy are stored in the energy accumulator; when the air conditioner stops, the stop valves of the energy accumulator are closed to prevent heat exchange between the energy accumulator and the hot air core; when the air conditioner is restarted again, the heat exchange is performed between the energy accumulator and the hot air core to release the heat or the cold energy in the energy accumulator to the hot air core.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to automobile air-conditioning technology, and more specifically, relates to a heat recovery automobile air-conditioner. Background technique [0002] The current heat pump type automotive air conditioning system can realize cooling and heating conversion through the solenoid valve. When the solenoid valve is in the first position, the automotive air conditioner will sequentially connect the compressor, condenser, expansion valve, and evaporator into a circulation loop. The circuit flows through the above components in sequence to realize refrigeration. When the solenoid valve is in the second position, the circulation circuit becomes a compressor, an evaporator, an expansion valve, and a condenser connected in sequence to realize heating. [0003] In order to adjust the situation of supercooling and superheating, US Pat. No. 5,899,086 adopts a structure in which a warm air core is arranged in the circuit. figure 1 The circulati...
