The method comprises the following steps of: receiving multiple time advance (TA) values reported by user equipment (UE) and multiple angle of arrival (AOA) values and multiple time deviation (TDEV) values reported by a NodeB in a positioning period; selecting a TA detection algorithm and an algorithm threshold according to the environment of the Node B; calculating the TA detection value according to the multiple TA values, the selected TA detection algorithm and the selected algorithm threshold; and calculating the position information of the UE according to the TA detection value, the multiple AOA values and the multiple TDEV values.
