Problems solved by technology

A large number of laboratory studies and epidemiological investigations have indicated that the large amount of EDCs in the environment may endanger the normal functions of the endocrine, nervous, immune and other systems of humans and wild animals and lead to endocrine disorders, abnormal growth and development, birth defects, etc. Seriously affect the survival and development of human beings
Since most EDCs are more polar than traditional pollutants, coupled with their low concentration in the environment and the complexity of the environmental matrix, the quantitative analysis of EDCs, especially the simultaneous analysis of multiple components, encounters great challenges.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting environmental endocrine disruptors (EED) in seawater. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) after a seawater sample is subjected to ion concentration regulation, pH value regulation and water bath ultrasound-assisted extraction, enriching a target compound by adopting a solid-phase microextraction device, and then carrying out headspace derivatization; and (2) after thermal desorption, quantitatively analyzing the EED by using a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GCMS). The invention effectively solves the problems of large sampling quantity, long sampling period, difficult sample storage and complicated pretreatment in chemical analysis for testing while analyzing the EED in marine environment investigation, obtains a satisfactory result of the analysis of a selected target compound, has the advantages of small organic solvent dosage, high selectivity to an object to be tested, high extraction speed, high sample recovery rate, and the like, and is suitable for analyzing EEDs with lower contents and complicated structures in the marine environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of marine environmental chemical analysis, and in particular relates to a rapid sample pretreatment and detection method for environmental endocrine disruptors in seawater samples. Background technique [0002] The harmful effect of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on human and wild animal health has become the focus of global attention. Thus seriously affecting the survival and development of human beings. Since most EDCs are more polar than traditional pollutants, coupled with their low concentration in the environment and the complexity of the environmental...
