Abstract

The invention discloses a low-temperature heating control module and a low-temperature heating control method for a liquid crystal display. The module comprises the liquid crystal display, an ITO heater, a temperature sensor, a temperature sampling circuit, a controller and a heating control circuit. When a system is electrified, a backlight is lightened; the controller judges whether the time reaches an appointed time or not; if the time reaches the appointed time, temperature data is acquired and filtered; the accuracy of the temperature data is guaranteed and the temperature rise ratio of a liquid crystal screen is calculated according to the acquired temperature data and compared with a set value; if the temperature rise ratio is more than the upper limit of the set value, the heating duty ratio is reduced; and if the temperature rise ratio is less than the lower limit of the set value, the heating duty ratio is increased. The module is applied to any liquid crystal display adopting ITO heating, can fulfill the aim of low-temperature quick start, gives consideration to both the heating effect of the liquid crystal display at a low temperature and the temperature uniformity of the liquid crystal display surface in a heating process and avoids nonuniformity caused by too fast temperature rise.
