Abstract

The invention discloses an industrial lubricating grease antioxidant additive which is characterized by consisting of base oil, diarylamine, phenol ethoxylate, bis(salicylidene)propylene diamine, dialkldithiophosphate, antimony dialkldithiocarbamate, alklsuccinimide and polyisobutylene, wherein the weight percentages of the components are as follows: 42-46% of diarylamine, 3-5% of phenol ethoxylate, 3-5% of bis(salicylidene)propylene diamine, 4-6% of dialkldithiophosphate, 3-5% of antimony dialkldithiocarbamate, 3-4% of alklsuccinimide and 4-6% of polyisobutylene, and the balance of the base oil. The manufacturing method is simple, economical and practical with low cost, and can greatly improve the antioxidant capability of common lubricating grease; in addition, various performances of the lubricating grease are improved and the service life is prolonged when the antioxidant capability of the lubricating grease is improved. The invention does not hurt the mechanical devices and can improve various effects of the lubricating grease on all sides.
