The invention provides a method for uploading and processing an electric load task on a small satellite. The method comprises the step of dividing each electric load task into a plurality of data frames; continuously transmitting each data frame to the satellite through a ground station according to a sequence in dividing or a disordered sequence when the satellite enters a controllable region. After all the data frames are completely and successfully received, a load lower computer on the satellite correspondingly combines the received data frames to recover each load task, sequences the load tasks according a preset execution time to form a task execution sequence table, executes corresponding load tasks in a regulated time interval according to the task execution sequence table, and updates the task execution sequence table based on the task execution conditions. When the load lower computer is interrupted and requires power off, the updated task sequence table is saved. The method solves the problem of uploading and effectively processing multiple load tasks, and has the characteristics of simple operation, high reliability and good flexibility.
