The system comprises a plurality of cameras in different places, a detecting module, a tracking module, a feature extraction module and an identifying module, wherein the output ends of cameras are connected with the input end of the detecting module; the output end of the detecting module is connected with the input end of the tracking module; the output end of the tracking module is connected with the input end of the feature extraction module; and the output end of the feature extraction module is connected with the input end of the identifying module.
