Or, after receiving the control signaling information of the radio resource transmitted by the evolved base station, the user terminal selects the corresponding radio resource for the logical channel according to the service quality requirement of the logical channel and the control signaling information of the radio resource. The invention discloses a device for implementing the uplink radio resource dispatching method for the wireless communication system at the same time. The method and the device greatly improve the matching degree of the UE on the radio resource dispatching strategy of the eNB, and furthest promote the throughput and capacity of the system under the condition of meeting basic QoS.
