Abstract

The invention relates to a method for realizing upgrade and maintenance of equipment programs based on USB Host and a U disc. A main circuit of embedded system equipment comprises an MCU circuit, wherein the MCU is provided with a USB Host controller, and the USB Host controller is connected with an USB interface to form an equipment program upgrade port; a data U disc is externally connected through the USB interface of the MCU circuit, and data in the data U disc are read and written under the control of preset software in the MCU so as to realize the upgrade and the maintenance of equipment programs. Thus, the upgrade and the maintenance of equipment programs can be realized by inserting the data U disc into the USB interface of the equipment without using hardware units such as computers, serial port communication cables, programmers and the like. Therefore, the method can reduce construction difficulty of site operation in a complicated environment and has generalization values.
