Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a biomass solid-molded composite fuel, which comprises the following steps of: pretreating furfural wet slag, coal powder and paper making mud to form into the raw material of the furfural wet slag, the raw material of the coal powder and the raw material of the paper making mud; mixing and stirring the treated raw material of the furfural wet slag, the raw material of the coal powder and the raw material of the paper making mud according to the weight ratio of 3:2:1 to form into raw material mixture; and compressing the formed raw material mixture to form into the biomass solid-molded composite fuel. The method can prepare the good-performance composite fuel with the waste paper making mud and the furfural wet slag, thereby realizing the cyclic utilization of resources. Meanwhile, as the calcium carbonate in the paper making mud can neutralize acid raw material of the furfural wet slag, the preparation method can prevent a furnace body from being etched when the composite fuel burns in a furnace or a combustion furnace; and as the calcium carbonate in the paper making mud further has the function of desulphurization, the preparation method can remove the sulfur dioxide generated by the coal powder in the composite fuel, thereby reducing the environment pollution caused by the sulfur dioxide.
