Problems solved by technology

[0002] Existing animal fur and its products (such as fur products such as fur coats) qualitative analysis and authenticity identification mainly adopt following two methods: a kind of method is sensory identification method: just adopt the method of seeing, touching fully to identify , this method requires the identification personnel to have rich identification technology and experience; the second method is the microscope identification method: that is, take a small amount of sample from the fur of the animal to be inspected, put it on a glass slide, drop a small amount of liquid paraffin, and cover it with a lid. Put the glass slide on the microscope stage, and judge the fur type by observing the fiber shape and scale structure. This method also requires the identification personnel to have certain work experience, so it will inevitably be subject to the subjective influence of the identification person, and this method The method of identification is somewhat damaging to the checked fur or product

Embodiment Construction

[0021] Examples of the invention are provided below. The embodiment of the present invention is an example of carrying out differential detection for rex rabbit skin, mink skin and domestic rabbit skin. Because of the similarities between rex rabbit skin and mink fur, it is difficult to distinguish them, especially after they are made into fur products. Therefore, some unscrupulous traders use rex rabbit skin to counterfeit mink skin whose price is 10 to 30 times higher.

[0022] The first embodiment of the present invention is to get rex rabbit skin, mink skin and rabbit skin respectively, aim at the fur to be checked with Brimrose company Luminar5030 spectrometer and carry out spectral collection, each piece of fur sample gets different parts to collect 10 spectra, and these 10 The spectra are averaged to obtain an average spectrum, which is the spectrum of this fur. The resulting spectra are shown in figure 1 , image 3 and Figure 5 . right figure 1 , image 3 and ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting and identifying an animal fur type. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting a spectrogram of a detected fur by utilizing a near-infrared spectrum; and identifying according to the specific near-infrared spectrum possessed by the specific animal fur. The method for identifying the animal fur type is characterized in that the spectrogram of the detected fur is collected by using the near-infrared spectrum, the obtained spectrogram is smoothly processed by using a first-order differential, the multivariate dimension-reduced processing is carried out on a curve data matrix obtained after the first-order differential smoothing processing by utilizing the principal component analysis of chemometrics, and the type of the detected fur is determined according to spatial distribution positions of the obtained principal components PC1 (Polycarbonate) and PC2.
