The air-conditioning outdoor machine is additionally provided with the high-voltage electrode generator, thus, under attraction of the high voltage, an electrode of the outdoor machine can realize dust adsorption to greatly reduce quantity of accumulated dust of fins of the condenser, improve the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser on the outdoor side, reduce resistance that the air passes through the fins of the condenser so as to reduce the rotating speed of the fan and reduce noise. The performance quality and the energy-saving rate after the product operates for a long time are improved. Meanwhile, after the air-conditioning outdoor machine shuts down, the high voltage disappears to make the dust adsorbed on the electrode drop down naturally so as to reduce assembly and disassembly times of the electrode.
