Shallow poor subsoil composite foundation stabilization treatment method

A composite foundation and treatment method technology, applied in the field of geotechnical engineering, can solve the problems that the treatment method of a large-scale weak foundation cannot fully meet the requirements, the depth of the pile body is too deep, and the construction machinery is cumbersome. The effect of reducing post-construction settlement and miniaturizing construction equipment

Benefits of technology

This new technology allows for efficient utilizing smaller spaces or deeper bases while also being able to effectively treat hardened areas by filling them with special material called Lime Piled Composite (LPC) that forms tiny groups inside it. These LPCS have unique features such as easy handling, quick assembly time, minimal size requirements, less expensive materials compared to traditional methods like cementation, but they still provide important technical benefits when applied at small locations where there may be no suitable base structure available due to environmental concerns associated with excavating operations.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the durable nature of buried underground structures like those used at building sites due to their vulnerabilities caused by factors like loose ground conditions and lack of load support during use. Conventional ways involve filling them up before they can be put back down again after being placed over time without any significant improvement in terms of supporting loads compared to newfound ones.

Embodiment 1

[0027] As shown in Figure 1, the geotechnical pipe bag laying steps: (1) as Figure 1a , use Luoyang shovel to form the hole, the hole forming standard: diameter Φ120mm, depth 4m, pile spacing 0.6m, triangular arrangement; (2) such as Figure 1b , Use the drill pipe to send the closed end of the geotechnical pipe bag with a diameter of 180mm and a length of 4.5m to the bottom of the hole.

[0028] The preparation steps of lime-mixed clay mixed filling material are as follows: (1) Select fresh block ash, water it for pre-digestion and pass it through a 5mm sieve; mix clay with clay excavated in situ, clay particles ≤ 15mm, remove visible organic matter cohesive soil (2) Lime and clay are mixed evenly in the mixing equipment according to the designed lime-soil ratio, and the amount of quicklime added is 8%.

[0029] Such as Figure 1c and Figure 1d , The construction steps of compaction and compaction are: after mixing evenly, the lime soil filler is filled in layers along th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a shallow poor subsoil composite foundation stabilization treatment method, which comprises: firstly, digging a hole with a diameter of 100 to 130 millimeters and a depth of 4 to 15 meters, and keeping an inter-pile distance between 800 an 1,000 millimeters; secondly, inserting an earthwork pipe bag, which has a diameter of 150 to 180 millimeters, the same length as the hole and a sealed bottom end, into the hole; preparing a lime-clay mixed filler; filling the mixed filler to the bottom of the earthwork pipe bag, ramming the filler layer by layer to a limited density; and curing the filler in the air naturally, forming shallow bagged and compacted lime piles with a small diameter with the mixed material, laying a 400 to 600 millimeter coarse soil cushion layer on the ground surface of the stabilized area, and rolling the cushion layer with a small mill till the cushion layer is dense. The method can effectively reduce engineering cost, simplify construction working procedures and meet construction requirements.
