Problems solved by technology

For the development of automobile products, it is often through the noise test of the prototype car to determine whether the noise meets the standard. When the noise exceeds the standard, the product will be noise-reduced and design improved, thereby increasing the product development cycle and cost.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simulating noise radiation and decomposing noise sources when an automobile speeds up, which is characterized in that: individual noise characteristics are measured by performing a bench test on a structure and an engine, the engine and a gearbox, a cooling fan, a muffler, an exhaust port, an inlet port, tires and a rear axle of a vehicle. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) establishing an acoustical model of an assembly individual; (2) establishing a motion equation of the vehicle in an accelerating outside noise test based on an incoming speed, an outgoing speed and a length of the vehicle regulated by an accelerating outside noise measurement method; (3) when the vehicle is at an x position, measuring predicted sound pressure at a microphone by using a formula; and (4) predicting a sound pressure level of maximum accelerating outside noise. The accelerating outside noise is simulated, predicted, and compared with an outfield measurement and an anechoic chamber through a noise simulation test; and a deviation between a simulation calculation and a measured result is within 2dB (A) so as to meets project requirements.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for simulating the noise radiation and decomposing the noise source when the vehicle accelerates, and belongs to the fields of automobile product development, noise control and acoustic signal processing. Background technique: [0002] Accelerated vehicle exterior noise is one of the mandatory items for vehicle certification, and products with excessive noise levels are not allowed to be produced, sold or registered. For the development of automobile products, it is often through the noise test of the prototype car to determine whether the noise meets the standard. When the noise exceeds the standard, the product will be noise-reduced and design improved, thereby increasing the product development cycle and cost. The current control of the noise outside the vehicle during acceleration is post-event and passive control. Invention content: [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for simul...
