The preparation method comprises steps of utilizing the recombinant baculovirus to inoculate insect cells, culturing for 48-72h, collecting infection cells, carrying out freeze thawing at 40DEG C below zero / 37DEG C, centrifuging, taking supernate to test virus PFU and adjusting the titer of the virus to 109PFU / ml to obtain a safe and effective gene engineered subunit vaccine for preventing PRRS.
