Abstract

The invention relates to an environment-friendly double-component epoxy anticorrosion primer without containing heavy metals such as chromium and the like. The primer is prepared from components A and B, wherein the component A contains bisphenol A epoxy resin, active dilute, tinting pigment, antirust pigment, filler, auxiliary agent, mixed solvent and the like; and the component A is a curing agent component and contains two cashew nut shell modified phenolic aldehyde amine curing agents with different amine values and a mixed solvent. During use, the components A and B are mixed in a weightratio of 5 to 1. The anticorrosion primer does not contain the heavy metals such as chromium and the like, and meanwhile has excellent anticorrosion performance, physical and mechanical properties, salt mist resistance and acid and alkali resistance. The primer is particularly suitable for coating steel materials, aluminum materials, aluminum alloy and the like, and can be used as a surface anticorrosion primer for airplanes, rapid trains and the like with high anticorrosion requirements. The primer can be normally constructed even at the low temperature of 5 DEG C below zero, and has excellent matching property with finishing paint.
