Abstract

The invention relates to a high-spectrum comprehensive analysis early detection method for Bursaphelenchus xylophilus. In the outbreak season of the Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, a pine needle sample is picked up at regular intervals and sealed by a freshness protection package, then spectrum data of the sample is determined by a field spectrum radiometer under an artificial light source in a darkroom; and a red edge, a green peak reflection height, a red light absorption depth, a red-green index, a light green index and a fractal dimension are calculated, and then the values are comprehensively analyzed to obtain a detection result. The method has the advantages that: the spectrum characteristics of the pine changed by a disease are detected from the fine characteristic to the integral characteristic through the approximately continuous high-spectrum data of visible light, near-infrared light and part of intermediate infrared light, and microscopy and macroscopy are integrated; and the various characteristic indexes are comprehensively applied, and the relationships among the characteristics are considered adequately, wherein the red-green index and the light green index are promoted for the first time in the invention, and reflect the photosynthesis and the water content of plants respectively.
