Problems solved by technology

At present, the difficulty of coating treatment is that lysine has strong water solubility and is easily hydrolyzed. It is required that the coating must be complete and cannot be exposed at all, otherwise the rumen effect will be seriously affected.
So far, there have been no reports of successful encapsulation, even under laboratory conditions, let alone industrialized production
Wang Jianhua (Wang Jianhua, dissertation, 2004) and Guo Yuqin (Guo Yuqin, dissertation, 2006) used different coating materials to coat lysine under laboratory conditions, and measured the ruminal degradation rate of the coated product. The results showed that, The 24-hour rumen degradation rates of rumen-protected lysine measured by the nylon bag method were 79.29% and 66.62%, which did not meet the requirements of rumen-protection

[0028] (1) Preparation of rumen protected lysine

[0029] ① Preparation of lysine granules

[0030] After mixing 480g of lysine hydrochloride, 60g of starch and 60g of microcrystalline cellulose, add appropriate amount of water to adjust to a state that can be granulated, prepare lysine granules with a diameter of 0.5mm with a granulator, and then use a spherical thrower to Shot blasting machine to get lysine pellets.

[0031] ②Drying of lysine granules

[0032] Put the lysine granules prepared in step ① into a fluidized granulation coating machine for drying. The heating temperature of the equipment is 85°C, the frequency of induced wind is 35Hz, the rotation speed is 45Hz, and the drying time is 30 minutes. Then sieve with 30-mesh and 40-mesh sieves respectively to obtain dry lysine granules of 0.40-0.60mm directly under the 30-mesh sieve and above the 40-mesh sieve.

Abstract

The invention discloses ruminant rumen-protected lysine, which belongs to the technical field of animal nutrition. The rumen-protected lysine consists of a core and a shell, wherein the shell is rumen fat powder; and the core is a mixture of lysine serving as an active ingredient and accessories. The ruminant rumen-protected lysine comprises the following raw materials in percentages by mass: the lysine 32-48, the accessories 8-12 and the rumen fat powder 40 to 60. The invention also provides the production method of the ruminant rumen-protected lysine, which comprises the steps of pelletizing and coating. The ruminant rumen-protected lysine has a small particle size which averagely is 1.0 millimeter and consistent with a variation coefficient of 10 percent, has good liquidity and is convenient to use directly in production. The production process is simple and suitable for industrial production and the production cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal nutrition, and in particular relates to rumen-passing protected lysine for ruminants and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Lysine is an essential amino acid and the second (or first, depending on the type of diet) limiting amino acid for dairy cows to produce milk. Generally, the content of lysine in conventional dairy cow feed is generally low. Amino acid imbalance and serious shortage of lysine in the diet of dairy cows lead to low feed protein utilization and decreased milk protein content. Add ordinary lysine directly to dairy cows' rations. Due to the action of rumen microorganisms, most of the added lysine is degraded in the rumen and cannot reach the small intestine. This will not only fail to achieve the effect of adding lysine, but also cause waste of lysine. The only way to solve the problem is to carry out rumen protection treatment on the added lysine, so that it will ...
