Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for a video between mobile terminals. The method comprises the following steps that: a calling terminal uploads a video file to a media server; a called terminal establishes a video link with the media server via a mobile network; the media server sends a video stream to the called terminal via the video link; and the called terminal receives the video stream sent by the media server to finish playing the video file. The method and the system provided by the invention can realize that a plurality of called terminals share the same video at the same time and that the same video is watched repeatedly in the sharing process of the called terminal, so that the method and the system save time and labor and improve user experience. The shared video is played and the stream media is played directly via the mobile network; therefore, the method and the system realize smooth playing and solve the problems of video buffer, video stagnation and the like in the video sharing process.
