Problems solved by technology

This method has some defects in actual production and application: the speed of pasting the transfer film is slow and time-consuming; the operation level of workers pasting the transfer film needs to be more skilled and meticulous, otherwise the transfer film is not pasted well and the transferred graphics will be printed. Unclear or confusing graphics; use glue to paste the transfer film, after pasting, heat transfer is required, which may cause environmental pollution

Embodiment Construction

[0006] The following is an example of an aluminum building profile that needs to be transferred to a plane wood grain to obtain an effect like a log with a brownish-yellow background color, to further illustrate the present invention.

[0007] 1. The specific operation process steps are as follows:

[0008] (1) Select thermal transfer paper that meets the required wood grain.

[0009] (2) Select the sprayed aluminum profiles that meet the requirements, and start the thermal transfer machine 4 at the same time to preheat the temperature of the drying chamber to 160-180°C.

[0010] (3) Wrap the thermal transfer paper on the sprayed aluminum profile evenly and squarely, and paste it with sealing paper at the joint so that it cannot be scattered.

[0011] (4) Wrap the sprayed aluminum profile covered with thermal transfer paper with a tubular PET thermal transfer film sleeve, and then fix the aluminum profile on the derivation arm of the thermal transfer machine, and the vacuum t...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for manufacturing vacuum thermal transfer plane textures of a saturated polyurethane powder spray-paint part, comprising the following steps: firstly, selecting a metal spray-paint part required to be thermally transferred, thermal transfer paper having textures of wood grains or flower patterns and the like and being big enough to cover the thermally transferredmetal spray-paint part, and a tubular PET thermal transfer film being big enough to cover the metal spray-paint part covered by the thermal transfer paper; then putting the metal spray-paint part covered by the thermal transfer paper and the PET thermal transfer film in an oven with a pumped vacuum system; carrying out vacuum pumping from both ends of the tubular PET thermal transfer film so as toenable the thermal transfer paper and the thermal transfer film to cling to the thermally transferred metal spray-paint part and enable the temperature of the oven to rise to 160-180 DEG C, and baking for 5-8min; taking out the metal spray-paint part after the transfer is ended; then disassembling the thermal transfer film and the thermal transfer paper; cleaning the surfaces of the thermal transfer film and the thermal transfer paper; and packaging. The invention enables the coating color sprayed and painted on the part to be diverse after adopting the technology of the preparation process and greatly improves the work efficiency.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a manufacturing process for obtaining planar textures such as imitation wood grains and decorative patterns on PU saturated polyurethane powder coating parts by vacuum heat transfer printing. Background technique: [0002] At present, aluminum sprayed architectural profiles, aluminum sprayed furniture and other steel sprayed daily decorations sold on the market are more and more difficult to meet people's decorative aesthetic requirements due to the single color of the sprayed coating. Some existing manufacturers use glue to paste the graphic and text transfer film on the metal sprayed parts, and then heat to transfer the graphic and text to the sprayed parts. This method has some defects in actual production and application: the speed of pasting the transfer film is slow and time-consuming; the operation level of workers pasting the transfer film needs to be more skilled and meticulous, otherwise the transfer film will not st...
