Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature-sensing valve core with a cold water inlet and a hot water inlet which are exchanged. The temperature-sensing valve core comprises a valve body, a thermic element and a piston device, wherein the valve body is provided with the cold water inlet, the hot water inlet and a mixed water outlet; the thermic element is provided with a sensing end and a telescopic end; the piston device is in linkage arrangement with the thermic element and can be glidingly arranged in the valve body; a concave cavity is formed on the piston device; the upper end of the concave cavity and the lower end of the hot water inlet jointly form a hot water passage; the lower end of the concave cavity and the upper end of the cold water inlet jointly form a cold water passage; and the inner side of the concave cavity is provided with a through hole so that cold water and hot water can simultaneously flow in the mixed water outlet. Compared with the prior temperature-sensing valve core, the invention exchanges the positions of the cold water inlet and the hot water inlet so that the cold water inlet is arranged close to the mixed water outlet, thereby avoiding being scalded because of overhigh temperature of a tap and controlling the mixed water outlet to be at a suitable water outlet temperature.
