Abstract

The invention discloses a byproduct plant ash and clinker generated by using a biomass power plant and an organic fertilizer prepared by waste heat comprehensive utilization. The invention is characterized in that the organic fertilizer is prepared by the following raw materials according to the mixture ratio: 20%-60% of plant ash, 5%-20% of clinker, 30%-50% of humic acid or furfural residue or sludge and 0.1%-10% of magnesium oxide. The preparation process of the organic fertilizer comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to the above mixture ratio; sufficiently mixing; flat die pelletizing and polishing; using a hoister to send the raw materials to a baking tunnel so as to bake the raw materials; naturally sliding down and classifying; then coloring, weighing and packaging so as to obtain a finished product. The finished product of the invention meets national standards of the organic fertilizer, does not contain any chemical fertilizer component, and is an ideal fertilizer for producing green food. The organic fertilizer has wide developing and utilizing value today at the stage of being short of resources increasingly.
