The method comprises the following steps: 1) collecting information about the positions of the bus stations along a bus route and storing the information in a geographic information base; 2) receiving bus real-time positioning data, matching the bus real-time positioning data with the information about the positions of the bus stations in the geographic information base so as to obtain bus arrival time data, and storing the bus arrival time data; and 3) reading card slotting records of an IC-card toll collector of the bus, and matching the card slotting times in the card slotting records with bus arrival time, namely corresponding the card slotting record between bus arrival times at two adjacent stations of the same bus with a previous bus station at which the bus-IC-card-holding passengers get on the bus.
