Embodiment 1

[0019] A rare earth salt of isooctanoic acid, the preparation method of which is: add 0.1mol of isooctanoic acid and 0.08mol of sodium hydroxide into the reactor, heat and stir for saponification; then add 75mL of aviation kerosene, continue to heat up to 60°C and then add Lanthanum nitrate solution (containing 0.02 mol of lanthanum nitrate) was kept at this temperature for 20 minutes. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was statically separated into layers, and the upper layer was lanthanum isooctanoate containing solvent.

Embodiment 2

[0021] A rare earth salt of isooctanoic acid, the preparation method of which is: add 0.1mol of isooctanoic acid and 0.08mol of sodium hydroxide into the reactor, heat and stir for saponification; then add 75mL of aviation kerosene, continue to heat up to 60°C and then add Lanthanum nitrate solution (containing 0.025 mol of lanthanum nitrate) was kept at this temperature for 20 minutes. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was statically separated into layers, and the upper layer was lanthanum isooctanoate containing solvent.

Embodiment 3

[0023] A rare earth salt of isooctanoic acid, the preparation method of which is as follows: add 0.1mol of isooctanoic acid and 0.08mol of sodium hydroxide into the reactor, heat and stir for saponification; then add 75mL of aviation kerosene, continue to heat up to 80°C, and then add Lanthanum nitrate solution (containing 0.02 mol of lanthanum nitrate) was kept at this temperature for 20 minutes. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was statically separated into layers, and the upper layer was lanthanum isooctanoate containing solvent.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing isooctoate of rare earth metal and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: adding certain amount of isooctoate and alkaline solution in a reactor, and performing stirring reaction for saponification; adding aviation kerosene into reaction solution, raising the temperature, adding rare earth nitrate solution when the temperature reaches a certain value, and keeping the temperature for reaction; and after certain reaction time, standing and layering reaction solution, and obtaining an organic layer, namely solution containing the isooctoate of rare earth metal. The isooctoate of rare earth metal can be taken as a dispersant of the current diesel fuel on market. The method has the characteristics of simple reaction process and easily obtained raw materials; and the isooctoate of rare earth metal is added to the diesel fuel so as to promote the combustion of the diesel fuel, reduce carbon deposit in the combustion process, and reduce the discharge of environmentally harmful substances in the tail gas of an engine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a rare earth salt of isooctanoic acid. Background technique [0002] With the sharp increase in energy demand and increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, diesel oil, as one of the main vehicle fuels, has been paid more and more attention by people. However, compared with gasoline detergents, the development of diesel detergents is relatively late. In general, diesel detergents are divided into two categories: ash-type detergents and ash-free detergents. [0003] Gray type detergents are also called metal detergents, mainly metal organic compounds with strong catalytic effect, which are easy to lose electrons and have low ionization energy, such as Ba, Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, CO, Pt metals of organic matter etc. Metal detergents are very effective in combustion-supporting and smoke elimination. They have the catalytic effect of accelerating the oxidation of carb...
