Abstract

The invention relates to a radio-frequency coaxial contact element, and also relates to a miniature radio-frequency coaxial connector, wherein the radio-frequency coaxial contact element comprises an outer conductor and an inner conductor which is coaxially sealed and insulated and fixedly threaded in the outer conductor, wherein a sealed glass cake is sintered between the outer conductor and the inner conductor; a matched bushing of which the inner end face is in push-stop fit with the sealed glass cake is correspondingly inserted in at least the small-aperture side of the outer conductor; the matched bushing is in close contact and conductive fit with the outer conductor; and the inner conductor passes through the bushing and is exposed outside the outer end face of the matched bushing. The outer conductor of the radio-frequency coaxial contact element adopts a split structure. When the sealed glass cake is fired, the matched bushing is not inserted in the outer conductor, thus the minimum interval between the outer conductor and the inner conductor is expanded so as to thicken the wall of a graphite die, and then the graphite die has enough strength to meet demoulding after firing. After demoulding is over, the matched bushing is correspondingly inserted in the outer conductor to carry out impedance matching.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a miniature radio frequency coaxial connector (MMTC), and also relates to a radio frequency coaxial contact piece used in the miniature radio frequency coaxial connector. Background technique [0002] At present, in the existing radio frequency coaxial connectors, rubber supporting ring structures are used for sealing between the connector housing and the radio frequency coaxial contact, and between the inner and outer conductors of the radio frequency coaxial contact. However, since the rubber material is prone to aging, as the rubber material ages, the sealing effect of the connector will also decrease, and in severe cases, the sealing effect will even be completely lost. As far as the current technology is concerned, it is an ideal sealing form to use sintered sealing glass cake for sealing treatment. However, in the field of miniature radio frequency coaxial connectors, there is no radio frequency coaxial connector using a...
