Abstract

The invention, which belongs to the field of gene technique, relates to a RNA interference sequence of glucagon receptor gene, the first kind of RNA interference sequence is a double-chain RNA molecule, and the sense strand of the RNA molecule has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:1, and the antisense strand has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:2; the second kind of RNA interference sequence is a double-chain RNA molecule, and the sense strand of the RNA molecule has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:3, and the antisense strand has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:4; the third kind of RNA interference sequence is a double-chain RNA molecule, and the sense strand of the RNA molecule has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:5, and the antisense strand has a sequence shown by SEQ ID NO:6. The interference RNA sequence provided by the invention can effectively reduce blood sugar concentration of diabetes model small mouse, thereby improving ability of small mouse for using glucose.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an RNA interference sequence in the field of gene technology, in particular to an RNA interference sequence of a glucagon receptor (GCGR) gene. Background technique [0002] RNA interference (RNA interference, RNAi) is a phenomenon that inhibits the expression of specific genes in organisms. It means that when there is a double-stranded RNA homologous to the endogenous mRNA coding region in the cell, the mRNA is degraded, resulting in gene expression. The phenomenon of silencing, which occurs at the post-transcriptional level, is also known as post-transcriptional gene silencing. RNA interference is achieved through a relatively stable intermediate medium. Studies on plants have proved that double-stranded RNA complexes are first degraded into small RNA molecules of about 35 nt, and then they bind to mRNA through sequence complementarity, resulting in mRNA degradation. Studies on Drosophila have proved that small RNA molecule...
