Problems solved by technology

[0002] As we all know, the existing methods for recovering metal platinum from industrial waste include: one is to enrich the platinum in industrial waste and purify it into (NH 4 ) 2 PtCl 6 Slurry with water, heat, stir, and add reducing agent hydrazine hydrate to reduce metal platinum. This method is common, mature, accurate and reliable. The disadvantage is that the reaction is violent during the reduction process, and a large amount of gas is released, which is prone to material liquid overflow and a small amount of platinum. The metal evaporates, the consumption of the reducing agent is large, and the hydrazine is easy to release harmful gas
The second is to enrich the platinum in industrial waste and purify it into (NH 4 ) 2 PtCl 6 After calcination, it is decomposed into metal platinum. This method requires special calcination vessels and equipment. During calcination, a large amount of acid gas and white smoke are discharged, polluting the environment, and platinum has a small amount of volatilization loss. The calcination decomposition time is long and the temperature is high, which is not conducive to precious metals. Platinum management, high cost of recovery

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recovering metal platinum from industrial waste. The method comprises the following steps: metal platinum in industrial waste is purified by accumulation and placed in a reducing reactor with a stirrer in the (NH4)2PtCl6 form, then an HCl acidized solution is added, and after being heated to 30 to 70 DEG C and stirred, H2 is pumped for reducing, and (NH4)2PtCl6 is reduced into metal platinum which sinks onto the bottom of the reducing reactor, wherein the volume ratio of (NH4)2PtCl6 to the HCl acidized solution is 1:5 to 20. The method is simple, the reduction cost is low, the method is safe and reliable without pollution, and the yield rate and degree of purity of the metal platinum are high. The method is characterized in that hydrogen is taken as the reducing agent and (NH4)2PtCl6 after purification is reduced into metal platinum in liquid condition, and a small amount of base metal impurities included in solid (NH4)2PtCl6 is released in the solution, thus further increasing the purity of the metal platinum.
