[0031] In March 2005, a practical test was done with rice with a water content of 15.9%. Weigh 1100g of sodium diacetate, 550g of vitamin C, 550g of trehalose, and 200g of rice essence, dissolve them in 20kg of clear water, and process 10t of rice as a polishing agent. control. After the treatment, the rice was placed at room temperature, and the control treatment had molded and deteriorated until mid-April, but the rice treated with this preservative did not go moldy until mid-July, and its color, smell, and mouthfeel were all normal.

[0033] In March 2006, a practical test was done with rice with a water content of 15.7%. Weigh 2300g of sodium diacetate, 1100g of vitamin C, 1100g of trehalose, and 450g of fragrant rice essence, dissolve them in 40kg of clear water, and treat 20t of rice as a polishing agent. The test method is the same as in 2005. The contrast treatment had moldy and deteriorated until the first ten days of May, and the rice treated with this antistaling agent did not still have mildew until the middle of August, and the color, smell and mouthfeel were all normal.

Abstract

The invention provides a mildewproof anti-staling agent for rice, which consists of the following components by weight portion: 10 to 15 portions of sodium diacetate, 5 to 8 portions of vitamin C, 5 to 8 portions of trehalose and 1 to 2 portions of rice flavoring agent. The components are dissolved in clear water and made into 10 percent anti-staling agent solution. The mildewproof anti-staling agent for rice can be used only when the moisture content of rice is required to be below 16 percent, and is added as a polishing agent when the rice is polished. Two kilograms of the anti-staling agent solution is used for per ton of rice. In contrast to the common rice which mildews and goes bad till mid-April, the rice which is treated by use of the mildewproof anti-staling agent for rice and placed at room temperature does not mildew till mid-July, and is normal in color, odor and taste.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to grain anti-mildew preparations, in particular to a rice anti-mildew preservative. Background technique [0002] Rice is prone to mildew quickly when it is damp or at an appropriate temperature, especially rice is extremely prone to mildew in hot and humid summer. The anti-mold methods and preparations currently adopted are not ideal or the methods and preparations adopted cannot meet the requirements of GB2760-1996 "Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Additives". For a long time, the storage conditions and transportation requirements of rice have brought difficult problems that cannot be solved. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a rice anti-mold and fresh-keeping agent. To achieve rice stored in hot and humid summer without mildew. And in line with GB2760-1996 "Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Additives". [0004] Technical scheme of the present i...
