The surface finishing agent is characterized by comprising acrylic resin, polyethylene monomers, copolymer and solvent, wherein the acrylic resin comprises acrylic monomers containing hydroxy groups with ultraviolet absorption function, acrylic monomers containing non-functional groups and acrylic monomers containing carbonyl groups; and the acrylic monomers containing the hydroxy groups with the ultraviolet absorption function approximately calculated by weight account for 0.5 to 5 weight percent, the acrylic monomers containing the non-functional groups account for 50 to 70 weight percent of unsaturated monomers; and a polymerization initiator accounts for 2 to 20 weight percent of the total weight of the unsaturated monomers.
