Embodiment Construction

[0037] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0038] The purpose of the present invention is to integrate multimodal and functional neuroimages into the neuronavigation system, so the present invention provides a method for obtaining imaging data of the neuronavigation system by using functional magnetic resonance imaging, such as Figure 17As shown, it includes the following steps: A1, using the functional magnetic resonance imaging method to obtain the scanned image; A2, transmitting the scanned image, transmitting, classifying and converting according to the medical digital image communication standard (DICOM); A3, according to the classification , registering and fusing the neuronavigation-specific structural images with the transformed scanned images. In step A3, the neuronavigation-specific structural image can also be registered and fused with the transformed diffusion-weighted im...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for acquiring the imaging data of a neuro navigation system, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring scanned images in a functional magnetic resonance imaging mode, wherein the functional magnetic resonance imaging mode comprises BOLD scan cortex functional imaging and DTI scan alba functional imaging; transmitting the scanned images according to DICOM and classifying and converting the scanned images; and according to category, and carrying out the registration and fusion of the neuro navigation structural images and the converted scanned images, wherein the registration and fusion comprises the registration mapping of BOLD activation maps and the fusion of DTI maps. Therefore, the neuro functional images are registered and fused in neuro navigation, cerebral white matter fiber tracks is carried out and used as image data of the neuro navigation system so as to provide a powerful tool for making surgical plan before a surgery and protecting normal brain functions in the surgery and to provide a platform for brain function research.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to medical image assisting technology for neurosurgery, in particular to a method for acquiring imaging data of a neuronavigation system by using functional magnetic resonance imaging. Background technique [0002] Early neurosurgery navigation systems only used structural image information, aiming at precise location of intracranial lesions, but lacked brain function information. [0003] Commonly used imaging techniques include: MRI (Magnetic Resonnance Imaging, magnetic resonance imaging), MRA (Magnetic Resonnance Angiography, magnetic resonance angiography), DSA (Digital Subtraction Angiography, digital subtraction angiography), PET (Positron Emission Tomography, positive Electron emission tomography), CT (Computerized Tomography, computer tomography), SPECT (Single Photo Emission Computer Tomography, single photon emission computer tomography), Ultrasound (ultrasound imaging), X-Ray (X-ray imaging), etc. Wait. [0004] Ther...
