Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows multiple devices within one area or cell communicate with each other without overlapping signals from different sources at once. It uses radio waves instead of wires that are used to connect them together. By doing this, it saves more energy than traditional methods like cables connecting computers.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in these patents relates to improving cooperative performance and efficient utilizing available bandwidth within an idle region without increasing interferers' capacities. Current solutions require complex calculations involving both intra-site and outbound interfaces, leading to increased complexity and difficulty in achieving synchronized operation across neighboring devices.

Embodiment Construction

[0034] At first, illustrate the scope of application of the inventive method:

[0035] A single-layer wireless access network composed of distributed base stations, such as figure 1 As shown, the wireless access network includes two or more distributed base stations D_NodeB (Distributed node Base station), including several wireless terminals 103 . D_NodeB includes a baseband processing unit BBU (Base BandUnit) 102 and a group of radio frequency remote units (RRU, Remote Radio Unit) 101, each RRU101 covers a microcell 105, and a group of microcells 105 covered by RRU101 constitutes a distributed base station The cell 104 or sector of each RRU sends its identification symbol to the covered micro cell. The small cells covered by adjacent RRUs partially overlap in space to achieve gap-free coverage. The BBU of the distributed base station realizes communication and control with the RRU belonging to the local station through the optical fiber link 106; the BBUs belonging to diff...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for transferring interference coordination information between cells and an interference coordination method, wherein, (1) the transfer method comprises the following steps: a baseband processing unit (102) determines edge microcells, the baseband processing unit (102) determines a neighborhood relation between the edge microcells (301); and the baseband processing unit (102) sends the interference coordination information data and/or control signaling between the edge microcells to the baseband processing unit of the neighbor cell; and (2) the interference coordination method comprises the following steps: the baseband processing unit (102) coordinates the interference between the cells for the edge microcell by combining the microcell measurement information from the present cell and the microcell measurement information from the neighbor cell. The method combines the characteristics of a distributed base station and gives an information transmission and interference coordination method between RRUs or the microcells, which can efficiently utilize space, time, frequency and power resources, and reduce traffic load on an X2 interface.
