Abstract

The invention relates to an automatic generation method of a dyeing recipe. Nowadays, the dyeing recipes of printing and dyeing enterprises are mainly determined according to experience and are inaccurate. The method takes three primary colors of a color reduction system, which are widely adopted in the printing and dyeing industry as a basis to establish a dyeing recipe model, and estimates the model parameters based on the maximum likelihood method. With a view of self errors of a model, the method optimizes the predefined quadratic performance index by controlling the amount of three basic dyes based on the linear quadratic optimal control method; and the method comprises the concrete steps as follows: establishing a dyeing recipe model, generating an accurate dyeing recipe and automatically generating the dyeing recipe. The method can better compensate for the self errors of the model and guarantees the generation of a more accurate dyeing recipe.
